Islamic Banking Home Buyer
If lack of Shariah Compliant Solutions is the reason why you haven't started looking for a home, your worries are over. Whenever you find your dream home let Home Buyer secure it for you.

If you already have a home finance facility with conventional or other Islamic Banks, you may get the outstanding balance transferred to our Islamic Banking Home Refinance.   • Home Refinance allows you to avail equivalent financing of your current outstanding from any other financial institution. This gives you a chance to avail a flexible installment facility and hassle free processing.
  • You can avail maximum financing up to Rs. 50 million and pay at your convenience within a period of 3 to 20 years.

Islamic Banking Home Builder
Would you rather own/want to buy a piece of land and build your dream home rather than buy a ready-made one?

  • Home Builder lets you avail financing up to 80% of the appraised value of the property** (or up to Rs. 30 million, whichever is lower).

As per Islamic Banking principles, all Musharakah units will be sold at face value. In case of prepayment, the value may change. For details regarding Musharakah, please contact your Relationship Manager at 111-11-71-72.

*80% for salaried individuals belonging to "A" rated companies. 70% for all others unless otherwise specified.

**Appraised value is the market value of the land plus the estimated cost of construction, as determined by independent appraisal agencies.


Islamic Banking Home Renovation

If you already own a house and require funds to renovate, look no further as Islamic Home Finance can offer you a Shariah compliant solution.

  • Facility will range from Rs 500,000 to Rs 10 million. The facility can be repaid at your convenience within a period of 3 to 20 years.

  • As per Islamic Banking principles, all Musharakah units will be sold at face value after 12 months from disbursal of funds, which means that only the rental amount will be payable in the Equal Monthly Installment for the first year, and subsequent to that Principal plus Rental will be a part of the Equal Monthly Installment.
