How do I get my RBS airblue MasterCard?

Attach the following documents:
- Copy of your CNIC.
- Copy of your last two month's credit card statement or copies of your duly attested last six months bank statements (where applicable).
- Copy of Salary Slip (incase of salaried individuals)
- Any other documents that may be required
