What will not be covered in the house, against this policy?
The house and contents will not be covered against wear and tear and/or burglary/theft by servants and/or a house member.

Can this policy be bought directly from EFU?
This product has been designed especially for RBS customers and can only be availed through RBS at the stated price and coverage.

What is the premium payment process?
Premium can be paid through:

Claim process
In case of any eventuality covered under the All Rounder Insurance policy, you simply need to notify EFU General on the numbers mentioned below.

The expected time for settlement of a claim under this policy may extend up to 30 working days subject to the condition that all required documents have been submitted to EFU General and you have complied with all necessary terms and conditions.
