machine, please pick up the phone to your right.
Getting Started
- Please insert your card, with the green portion facing the ATM,
into the slot marked "Please insert card here".
- In the screen that appears, use the keypad to enter the 4-digit
ATM PIN (Personal Identification Number), that was provided with
the Relationship Card at the time of issuance. Non - RBS customers, please note that you have to press "OK"
on the keypad after entering your PIN code.
- Once the ATM accepts your PIN, touch "Yes" on the
screen that appears in front of you to continue.
Cash Withdrawal
- After your PIN has been authenticated, touch the "Cash
Withdrawal" menu on the screen.
- Using the keypad, enter the amount you wish to withdraw.
- Touch "Yes" to continue.
- If you want a receipt, touch "Yes", otherwise touch
"No".
- Please take your card out of the slot.
- Next, please take your cash and receipt from the respective slot.
PIN Change
- Touch the "PIN Change" menu on the
screen.
- Using the keypad, enter the new 4-digit ATM PIN you wish to
have.
- Next, touch "Yes" to continue or "No" to
cancel your entry.
- When prompted by the ATM, enter the new PIN again for reconfirmation.
- Touch "Yes" on the screen to continue or "No"
to cancel your entry.
- If your entries match, your PIN will be changed. Use this new PIN the next time you use an ATM.
Balance Inquiry/ Mini Statement
- Touch the "Balance Inquiry" or "Mini
Statement" menu on the screen.
- Touch the account currency that you want to select. Please
note that you can only get the balance in the currency of your
account.
- Touch the type of Account you wish to access.
- The ATM will automatically issue you a slip/statement.
- Please take your receipt out of the slot.
Cheque Book Request/Statement Request
- Touch the "Cheque Book Request" or "Statement Request" menu on the
screen.
- Touch the account currency that you want to select.
- Touch the type of account you wish to access.
- The ATM will issue you a receipt automatically.
- Please take your receipt from the slot.
- If you requested a chequebook you may pick it up the next working
day from the Delivery Counter by showing your receipt.
- If you requested a bank statement, it will be mailed to you
on the next working day.
Some Tips
- Please enter your 4-digit ATM PIN number carefully as your card
will be captured by the ATM after 3 consecutive wrong
attempts.
- To further avoid capture of your card or your money by the ATM,
please take your card and your money from the respective slots
within 15 seconds after your transaction is completed.
- In case your card (or money) is captured by the ATM,
please pick up the phone located next to the ATM.
- For any further assistance, contact our 24-hour
Customer Interaction Centre at 111-06-06-06.
- Please note that you can only get cash from the ATM in multiples
of Rs. 500. You can draw a minimum of Rs. 500 per transaction
and a maximum of Rs. 10,000 per transaction. Also note that a
maximum of Rs. 50,000 can be drawn per day.
- If you wish to discontinue your transaction at any point in
time, press the "CANCEL" key on the
keypad and retrieve your card within 15 seconds from the slot.
Please re-insert the card to start another transaction.
