Bill payment is a free service available to all RBS Relationship card holders. Customers can pay their electricity, gas, mobile post paid bills and get instant top up for prepaid connections

How can I pay my bills through my Relationship Card?
You can pay your bills by calling the 24 hour Customer Interaction Center (111-06-06-06) or through any RBS ATM using your Relationship card, simply follow the steps below:
After entering your Relationship Card and PIN the below screens will appear
Step 1: select Bill Payment option

Step 2: Select the bill that you would like to pay, for example electricity

Step 3: Select the utility bill you would like to pay, for example KESC

Step 4: If you have paid your bill before, the consumer number will automatically appear on the screen for you to select, if you are paying for the first time select “New Bill” and enter the consumer number as shown on the bill

Step 5: A confirmation screen reflecting bill details and amount due will appear for your confirmation. Select “Pay” to pay the bill

Step 6: Confirmation Screen, acknowledgement of your successful bill payment.
Please collect your ATM receipt for your record.


How much will I be charged for bill payment services?
Bill payment is a free service available to all RBS customers with a Relationship Card at this time.
Once I pay my bill, when will my account be debited and when will the utility or teleco company receive my payment?
On payment of the bill your account will be debited and the payment is sent to the utility/teleco company immediately.
When will my mobile payment be uploaded by the mobile company?
Payment for all post and prepay connections will be instantly updated by the mobile companies online. For post paid connections enter the amount you would like to be debited from your account. Top Ups of Rs 2,000 can be loaded on your phone immediately.
What confirmation will I receive that my bill has been paid?
When you pay your bills through the Customer Interaction Center you will receive a reference number as a proof of your transaction. If the bill is paid through an ATM you will receive a receipt of the transaction stating the date, time, amount and company’s name of whose bill has been paid as an acknowledgement of your payment. In addition to this if you have signed up for SMS Banking an instant SMS alert will be sent to you on your mobile and the payment will be reflected in your statement of account.
Can I pay a bill even if it’s not under my name?
Yes, you can pay multiple number’s of bills even if they are not in your name.
