Step 1:
Inform EFU General of the incident via fax or telephone (within 72 hours of the incident). You need to provide your name and relationship number.
Step 2:
Get a copy of a First Information Report “FIR” logged from the Police station.
Step 3:
Fill out the Claim form [ File size 51KB] (also available at RBS Branches).
Step 4:
EFU General’s designated surveyor will contact you and collect the Claim form, “FIR” along with a copy of the your “NIC” for claim processing.
