How to avail the facility:
| Step 1: |
Simply call our Customer Interaction Centre at 111-06-06-06 from your numbers (office / residence / mobile) registered on our system. |
| Step 2: |
Provide your Credit Card number and verification to our Phone Banking Officer. |
| Step 3: |
Select a Pre-paid Card and denomination. |
| Step 4: |
Our Phone Banking Officer will communicate the Pre-paid voucher number to you. |
| Step 5: |
Load your Pre-paid Card on your mobile. |
Terms and Conditions
- This offer is subject to Credit Card Terms and Conditions
- The minimum value for the Pre-paid Card is Rs. 250
- The Pre-paid Card has to be loaded while speaking to the Phone Banking Officer, otherwise the service will not be offered
- Pre-paid Cards can be purchased by Basic and Supplementary Credit Cardholders
- Daily limit on the purchase of the Pre-paid Card is Rs. 3,000 per customer
- The purchase of the Pre-paid Card is subject to the available credit limit on your RBS Credit Card
- Once the Pre-paid Card voucher number has been communicated to the customer, the amount will be debited to the customer’s Credit Card account
- In the event the Cellular Service is temporarily unavailable, the customer will have to attempt to load the voucher number at a later date/time
- RBS will not be liable for any damages or loss suffered by the customer arising out of the use of this service
- The Pre-paid Cards are subject to availability
- This offer is valid for a limited time only
- To request for a Pre-Paid Card, a call has to be made from the contact number(s) provided at the time of applying for our RBS Credit Card or updated subsequently by the customer.
