How
to redeem your reward points
Following
are 5 simple steps to help you redeem
your earned reward points.
Step 1
To find out the status of your reward points,
you have the following options:

Call our 24-Hour Customer Interaction Centre
(CIC) at 111-06-06-06

Check your last
Credit Card statement

Insert or Swipe
your Credit Card at an ORIX terminal
present at a redemption partner
outlet

Use SMS Inquries to find out the status
of your reward points
Step
2
Use the cash
value of reward points available on
your credit card to make a purchase
of your choice from a participating
redemption partner outlet. Please note
that each reward point has a monetary
value of 40 paisas.
Step 3
Present your
Credit Card at the payment counter of
the redemption partner outlet and inform
the salesperson that you wish to pay
for your purchases using your reward
points.
Step 4
Your card will then be inserted into an ORIX
terminal and your transaction will be processed
based on the cash value of reward points available.
If you are using the cash value as a partial
payment only, charge the remaining balance on
your RBS Credit Cards.
Step 5
Sign the sales slip to confirm your acceptance
of the transaction and hand it over to the salesperson.
