Your RBS Credit Card combines convenience with user friendly technology at your fingertips. With SMS Inquiries, you can request the following information which will be sent to you via text messages.
Please note that your MPIN is your Personal Identification Number for SMS Inquiries.
Balance Inquiry
Send CBI (Space) **** to 181 to check your RBS Credit Card balance and available Reward Points (where **** is your MPIN).
Mini Statement
Send CMS (Space) **** to 181 to receive a mini-statement to view your last three transactions (where **** is your MPIN).
Payment Inquiry
Send CPI (Space) **** to 181 to check the status of your last payment (where **** is your MPIN).
Payment Due Date Inquiry
Send CPD (SPACE) **** to 181 to check your outstanding amount and payment due date (where **** in your MPIN).
Important Points
- If you send an incorrect M-PIN three consecutive times,
your SMS Inquiries will automatically be blocked
- To reactivate SMS Inquiries, simply call our Customer
Interaction Centre at 111-06-06-06
- All amounts in return messages include commas
- All commands are case sensit
How to register / generate MPIN:

Call our Customer Interaction Centre at 111-06-06-06. |

Our Phone Banking Officer will ask for your mobile number with which you would like to register for SMS Inquiries. Only one mobile number will be registered per relationship. |

You will then have to call us the next day at 111-06-06-06 to generate your MPIN instantly. |
