How to subscribe for SMS Alerts?

One simple step is all it takes. Simply call* our Customer Interaction Centre at 111-06-06-06 to activate SMS Alerts on your account / RBS Credit Card.
*Customer has to call from a registered number

Terms and Conditions:

• This promotion is applicable for SMS activations on the RBS Relationship Card and / or RBS Credit Cards.
  
• SMS Alerts facility will be activated and transaction alerts will be sent to RBS system registered numbers to accounts pertaining to the RBS Relationship Card and / or RBS Credit Cards.
  
• Only annual subscription activations of SMS Alerts will be eligible to enter into the lucky draw. (The SMS fee will automatically be deducted from the customer's account / RBS Credit Card and will reflect accordingly on their statements of account.)
  
• This promotion is effective February 1, 2010 to April 30, 2010. Customers subscribing for SMS Alerts facility between the promotion period will be eligible to enter into the lucky draw. The lucky draw will be conducted at the end of the promotion period to select the winner.
  
• The winner will be contacted by phone on a best effort basis. However, in case of no contact with the winner within 7 working days (based on the contact numbers in the RBS records), another winner will be selected. Hence all customers are requested to update their contact numbers in the event they have changed.
  
• RBS will not be liable for any damages or loss suffered by the customer arising out of the use of the promotional gift.
  
• RBS's decision will be final and binding in every respect.
  
• The SMS Alerts facility and your RBS Relationship Card / Credit Card must be active at the time of the lucky draw.
